I just attended an extremely helpful seminar hosted by NFSTI National Foreclosure Sales Training Institute. In my quest for knowledge I feel the need to learn the most I can about how the inner workings of REO (Real Estate Owned) business is done. Many of the baffling questions about how the banks do business were answered. I had several AH-HA's. The REO business is going strong and will continue to dominate out market for quite some time. I met an asset manager, that was very enlightening. I now have a much clearer picture of what an asset manager does and how it is done. There is nothing like having someone who does it daily explain how it works. I will have NFSTI Certified Foreclosure Specialist designation with the vast experience of their instructors at my finger tips. Instructors with real life experience.
